Why do you feel the way you do?
When we’re kids, stressful or scary moments - big or small - leave a mark on us.
Maybe it was abuse, neglect, fighting at home, being bullied, losing someone you loved, or even something as simple as losing a toy or being frightened by a spider.
In that moment, your nervous system kicked in to keep you safe.
As a child, the natural response is usually flight - to run, hide, or shut down. It worked back then.
But here’s the catch: your body remembered that response. It built an “operating system” to use whenever stress shows up again.
The Problem as an Adult, that old operating system doesn’t work anymore.
Instead, it keeps you stuck in survival mode - showing up as:
• Feeling disconnected from yourself or others
• Anxiety
• Fear
• Avoidance and self-sabotage
• Chronic stress or even depression
These aren’t signs that you’re broken.
They’re signs your body is still running an outdated program.
The first step to the solution: Trauma Release Breathwork.
Trauma Release Breathwork is a conscious breathing technique that helps
quiet the “thinking” part of your brain and opens the door to your subconscious.
This is where old patterns are stored - and where real change happens.
By tapping into this state, you can:

It’s not about reliving the past, it's not about trying to erase the past.

As I sit here creating this page, I found myself asking....
What is my passion? My passion is being of service to my community, holding a safe space, to share my knowledge and experiences, to inspire others to believe in themselves to make a change.
What is my mission? My mission is to inspire adults towards healing and growth, so our children can grow up in an emotionally regulated environment to lead a fulfilled and purposeful life. To achieve this, it starts with us removing the masks and peeling back the layers to dive deep within ourselves.
My healing journey is a powerful story of self-discovery and transformation. It began with recognizing how my ego once dictated my whole life, pulling the strings through harmful coping mechanisms like alcohol, drugs, overworking, and consumerism.
Over the years this sent me through stages of depression, anxiety, hyperarousal, and at times, a constant state of fear.
I self-sabotaged a lot of situations in my life, through limiting beliefs, telling myself I was not enough. I had no appreciation for my mind or my body, I had no real love for myself at all.
These patterns served as dissociation tools, creating avoidance behaviors that kept me disconnected from my true self.
The breaking point for me was the realization that I had been living behind a mask, under a false masculinity.


There has to be more to life, is this all I am?" was my realization of this disconnection, the initial spark for change and taking that first step into breathwork 5 years ago was a profound turning point.
Breathwork opened up a whole hallway full of doors with experiences that my mind could not even fathom. All leading me towards inner awareness, healing, and self-understanding that words can hardly explain.
These experiences allowed me to reconnect with my true self, revealing aspects of life and my own being that if, 5 years ago you told me about, I would not have believed it.
My healing journey has been massive. I have gradually dismantled the illusions created by my ego, removed the false masks that I was hiding behind, and I have grown into my divine masculine.
The most exciting part for me now is, the more growth I embody, the more future protentional growth I find. Each layer I peel back, uncovers layers I couldn't even see. The more I explore within myself, the more I discover depths I never believed I could reach.
Trust me when I say, growth becomes addictive, it becomes exciting. The unknown has become my motivation, each new mountain I climb fills me with a hunger to climb the next.
My commitment to learning and growth has guided me through the teachings of Breathwork, shamanic healing, and many other psychotherapies.
Ultimately creating a man my kids can be proud of, a man I can be proud of, a man who is aligned with his true purpose, one who now lives with greater presence, clarity, and compassion.


The path I’ve traveled highlights the truth of the human spirit and the incredible capacity for renewal and self-love.
I'm not here to sell you the idea of a Magic pill that will cure all of life's problems.
I'm here to offer you change, I'm here to offer you a safe space where I can guide you into your own healing journey.

In our lives when we experience stress or a traumatic event such as abuse, neglect, household disfunction, relationship breakdown, being bullied, losing a loved one, or any of the daily stresses that life throws at us, these events, at the time, activate our Sympathetic Nervous System releasing stress hormones that prepare the body for a rapid response to threats.
This sends us into a state of fight or flight, and over time if we have not yet created the proper coping mechanisms this fills up our 'stress cup'.
These stresses store in our body as internalized energy. Over time this process creates avoidance behaviors, limiting beliefs, fear, hyperarousal, dissociation etc. leading to chronic stress, anxiety, and depression to only list a few.
When we step out of our daily lives into the workspace our stress cup is already full and sometimes the simplest of stresses, interactions with collogues, confrontations with managers, difficult tasks, deadlines, are hard and seem almost impossible to deal with. Thats because our stress levels are already high and our cup begins to overflow.
MA-HA-REY Healing offers a safe space to practice healings such as Trauma Release Breathwork which is a conscious breathing technique to induce a (temporary and reversable) reduction in activity in the Prefrontal Cortex (our conscious mind) and lets our subconscious take over to release the buildup of stress, which is called Transient Hypofrontality.
In this state, we are able to access our subconscious mind to start creating new Neural pathways, this enables us to bring forward the root cause of that stored stress energy and physically remove the parts of it that no longer serve us from our body. Changing those avoidance behaviors into coping mechanisms.
Ultimately emptying our cups so we can deal with the inevitable stresses of work and life.

I am worried I will lose control or be hypnotized?
The simple answer is no you won't lose control, you will be in control of yourself the whole time.
Is it safe?
Yes, this is one of the safest healing modalities you can do. I will be there to guide and hold space the whole session.
I'm worried that I won't get it?
I will explain everything you will need to know before we start, also giving guidance throughout the session. The best part about a healing journey is there's no wrong way to do it. Everyone is different and your body will guide the way.
I am scared about what might come up?
Everything that you experience in the session will be experienced internally, you will not say or do anything you do not want to. Growth is best done when we run towards the fear we have.

My level 1 breathwork runs on a pay what you can system, this allows everyone to:
